Eat green, think green!


I have been eating really healthy lately and noticed changes. My tummy doesn`t hurt so often anymore and i have more energy. The most important thing is to eat on mornings. I usually eat omlet (eggs,cheese,spinach,cherry tomatoes and milk) and drink warm lemon water. It really wakes me up. I used to be really grumpy on the mornings but now i try to be as happy and communicative as possible. I still have my days when i don't want communicate but i`m working on them. I try to drink as much as water i can. My acne has gone pretty bad again and water helps a lot. 
( If you have any good skin care products to recommend, i would be very glad to hear about them).  In school, i eat whatever i find the most healthiest and how much money i have. Don't want to whine but food in school costs a lot. After school i usually eat whatever mom has made or omlet again with carrot salad. For real, i'm so obsessed with it..its perfect!! Haha..
Lately i have been eating a lot of pineapple.I like sweet and soft  pineapple, like we all do.
Working out! Work that ass, like Liisa my bestfriend would say! After spending too much time on the internet, i put on my Nike shorts and have a little workout. I find just working out boring, so usually end up dancing. 
Altough i eat healthy and work out, i need vitamins. I take Omega-3 (twice a day), A & E vitamins and also C vitamin. 
I am not forcing anyone to eat healthy but i ask you to consider it. 
Eat healthy, live longer!
