After school snacks and drinks

As you may all know, i`m eating as healthy as i can.It has made my skin better and given more energy. When i arrive home, i am very hungry but i still need to do my homework and other stuff. And that is why i need something light and refreshing. Today i share my "top 3 snacks and drinks".

1. Omelet with spinach.
This is my absolute favourite, takes only 10-15 min and you're ready to eat. I take 2 large eggs and whisk them together. Add little bit of salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Then i wash a handful of spinach and rip them into smaller pieces and mix them with eggs. If you are brave enough you can add little bit of cheese. Yumm. Serve with cherry tomatoes and fresh spinach and you`re done!4

2. Ox eye sandwich
 This is a great dish when you have more time. I usually make two because when i have finished one, i instantly want more.I roast two eggs and bacon on a pan. Toast 4 white breads with seeds in them.
Put butter on bread, add crispy bacon , your "Ox eye" (egg) and little bit of ketchup and another bread slice. Yummm!

3. Lemon Water
I like water, but it get`s kinda boring. So i like to add lemon. You can add what ever you like! I also enjoy water with cucumber or strawberries.
